Chair of Governors and Governor for HR and Business Growth

Katie currently runs two successful not-for-profit organisations, Manchester Digital and the North West Cyber Resilience Centre, both of which play a key role in the development of the region's tech and cyber ecosystem. 她也是英国科技集群集团的主席, which brings together the UK’s regional tech organisations to work together to share knowledge, 联系和最佳实践.

Katie also sits on the Digital Growth Grant Independent Advisory Board for Barclays Eagle Labs.

She is an experienced founder and strategist with an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep understanding of tech ecosystems. Katie has more than 15 years’ experience of delivering innovative services, 支持和引导创业, scale-ups and corporates as well as managing and creating successful public/private sector partnerships.

Governor for Industry Voice, Learner Voice -  Inclusion, Diversity, Safeguarding

萨拉的职业生涯是从学徒开始的, and in her role as Head of Early Careers overseeing Auto Trader Apprentices and early programmes for many years has continued to be an advocate and champion for 学徒制 as an accessible career route into tech.

Sarah is a qualified coach and mentor and is passionately active in advancing diversity and inclusion in the tech workforce. She proudly shares and celebrates her neuro differences (Dyslexia, Dyspraxia and ADHD) to help remove the stigma and bring about more visibility and conversation to enable people to be at their best. Sarah also co-leads the Social Mobility Network at Auto Trader and was part of the Digital Apprenticeship Quality Board.

Beej Kaczmarczyk

To provide a range of high quality digital career pathways that are aligned to local and national skills demands, enabling positive outcomes for both the apprentice and the employer through clear communication, positive relationships and innovative learning experiences.

  • Be a partner not just a provider - we aim to meet the needs of the digital sector, providing advice and guidance on all aspects of the apprenticeship ranging from initial course and candidate selection through to progression and further CPD opportunities.
  • Operate with Integrity - In every instance we endeavour to foster honest and respectful working relationship with colleagues, 学习者和客户.
  • Collaborate across our networks - Utilise and harness the existing positive digital network already built up through the Manchester Digital member base and encourage all stakeholders to actively participate in the learner journey and fulfil personal and professional goals.
  • To enable highly positive outcomes for both the learner and the employer, and ensure these outcomes have a positive contribution to local and national skills needs.
  • To be a driving force in contributing to the local digital skills economy, and be reactive to all positive influences such as employer voice forums and the annual Manchester Digital 技能审计, enabling Manchester Digital to provide tailored learning experiences that are suitable for both employer and learner.
  • 支持个人, 雇主, local and regional communities to provide innovative training experiences that cultivate the next generation of digital leaders. To support and enable underrepresented minority groups to achieve positive career outcomes, which also help to address inequality in the digital sector.
